Bellaviva at Westside Community Development District
The Bellaviva at Westside Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on August 19, 2021 and created by Osceola County Ordinance No. 2021-53 for the purpose of constructing, and/or acquiring, maintaining and operating all or a portion of the public improvements and community facilities within the District.
The Bellaviva at Westside CDD encompasses approximately 78.83 acres and is located within unincorporated Osceola County, Florida, generally located west of the Florida Turnpike and east of Westside Boulevard.

The Bellaviva at Westside Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on August 19, 2021 by the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Ordinance No. 2021-53. Consent is hereby given to the District’s Board of Supervisors to finance, fund, plan establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge, or extend, equip, operate, and maintain systems and facilities for parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreations, cultural, and educational uses, and for security, all as authorized and described by Sections 190.012(2)(a) and (2)(d).
